Dr John Wood

With a vast corporate and executive coaching background, John has designed and delivered leadership programs for enhanced performance, culture change and corporate wide leadership initiatives. Accreditations include CCl (Centre for Creative Leadership), Leadership Maturity Framework (LMF), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and MBTI. His experience is complemented with a PhD identifying the leadership qualities of successful CEO's.

Joanna Giannes

Joanna is a leadership development specialist with over two decades of industry, government and community leadership experience. She has worked locally, nationally and internationally in leadership development along with managing, designing and facilitating in an award winning community leadership program. Joanna is a qualified psychotherapist with post graduate qualifications in organisational learning and education (leadership).
Joanna has created many programs that build leadership capacity in individuals and communities drawing from multiple disciplines with a deep emphasis on authenticity, self-realisation, power and meaning, to facilitate transforming oneself and society. Joanna currently serves on the board of Community Leadership Australia.

Josie McLean

Josie has a passion for leadership that is strongly grounded in her values and underpinned by a deep conceptual understanding. With a commitment to helping people exercise their leadership for a more sustainable future, she will be addressing adaptive leadership and systems thinking.

Kerrie Ashcroft

Kerrie Ashcroft specialises in the area of organisational learning and leadership development. She has a passion for helping leaders learn how to lead in complex change environments, developing new competencies and forms of mind to meet the challenges ahead. She is also skilled in working with leaders and their teams to develop their capacity to navigate change and build a high performance culture. Kerrie continuously explores the leading edge of thinking in leadership development and brings this into her high impact leadership development programs and coaching.

Kath Milne

In a career spanning three decades, Kath Milne has been a senior executive in the financial services sector and NFP sector. Kath is now an organisational, community and individual facilitator. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with the International Coaching Federation. Her areas of passion are leading transformational change in complex environments, leadership values, and reengineering business processes for improved productivity and performance.

Dr Kristin Alford


Dr Kristin Alford holds a PhD in minerals engineering and a Masters of Management in Strategic Foresight. Kristin is an expert in her field at designing, delivering and teaching strategic foresight tools. She contributes to our leadership programs by introducing participants to foresight tools such as the Generic Foresight Process, the 5 Whys technique, Polak's Images of the Future and others. Kristin graduated from the Governor's Leadership Foundation Program in 2011.

Sharon Ferrier

Sharon has a knack for making the complex simple. She believes that passionate people persuade and that to make your message stick, you need to balance information with delivery style. As an award winning speaker and salesperson, Sharon uses her skills to help people become persuasive and influential speakers.

Samantha Young

Samantha brings a unique combination of senior management and commercial experience, psychological intervention skills and Masters-level formal education in both business and psychology to her work. She has led large teams, advised CEOs and Boards on strategic issues and routinely provides consulting advice to client organisations on human resources, industrial relations and operational matters. Samantha is an experienced and engaging trainer, having designed and delivered training programs for many organisations. As a clinical psychologist, she is able to combine scientific theory with ‘real-life’ practical examples to make training delivery more relevant and interesting for participants.

Sarah Rhead

Sarah designed, developed and co-delivered the inaugural Integral Leader Program in 2012. Sarah has a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Certificate of Management, a Diploma in Market Research with the Market Research Society of Australia and has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Sarah is also accredited in Myers-Briggs, The Leadership Circle (TLC) assessment tools and is a certified Action Learning Coach.
